Meet The Team

Daniel Castellano is a caring, professional and experienced Osteopath. He is passionate about helping individuals with pain; assessing, treating and returning them to doing the things that they love. Daniel adopts a holistic approach to his treatment of various injuries. This involves identifying and addressing all the contributing factors to a patient’s pain.

Daniel has always loved sport and from a young age competed at state level in both Cricket & AFL Football. Unfortunately, he sustained significant injuries, but while being treated, discovered his interest and passion for anatomy and physiology- which led to his decision to pursue Osteopathy after completing high school.

Daniel attended RMIT university, where he obtained a double degree in Health Sciences & Osteopathy. Since then, he has also completed extra Professional Development courses & training and obtained additional qualifications. Some of which include ACL rehab, Shoulder injury & management, Hamstring rehabilitation and Electro Dry Needling & Cupping.

During your initial consultation, Daniel will identify all factors relating to your pain through a thorough case history and physical assessment. Treatment will involve soft-tissue massage, stretching techniques, joint mobilization/manipulation and dry needling or cupping (if required). A management plan that includes specific exercise prescription will also be derived, to allow the patient to take an active role in their own health care in the comfort of their own home, in between additional appointments. He’ll even recommend a movie or TV series to watch while you undertake your rehab.

Daniel is excited to have moved his business in 2025 to new larger premises, with multiple treatment rooms, a comfortable waiting room and three brand new team members to treat clients of all ages- including adults, children, NDIS patients and Indigenous people- and is proud to provide an inclusive, supportive space for the LGBTQIA+ community.

In his time outside of the clinic, Daniel is a family man. Happily married with two young children keeping him very busy. In his limited free time, Daniel can be found playing or watching sport, and spending time in the gym. He loves cheering on his beloved Richmond Tigers! Daniel is also a foodie with a sweet tooth. He enjoys a Netflix night-in and bingeing the latest TV Series or Documentary. Feel free to recommend something you’ve recently watched.

Ranee attended Victoria University, graduating with a joint Bachelor and masters of Osteopathy.

Ranee is originally from the country, a beach side town called Portland, in Victoria. This has engrained an affinity for the beach or a body of water of any kind, naturally!

Outside of work, you can find Ranee out for a run, boxing, at the beach, reading, and exploring bakeries for a good almond croissant! You absolutely cannot go past Agathe in South Melbourne, number one in her opinion. Along with this, Ranee spends an unhealthy amount of time at the gym, although this is mostly because she enjoys vibing to her music during sets! Yes, she’s one of those. Ranee moved to Melbourne in 2009 to study Nursing, and with this has developed an extensive history of working within the healthcare industry, 16 years to be exact.

Ranee’s introduction to osteopathy came about through experiencing a few injuries of her own.

Whilst working as an Osteopath, Ranee has been able to see the progress within her patients from their initial consultation, to their final, and it is through this experience that she knew for sure that this profession was for her. Following a patient through their journey and witnessing them return to their daily activities and hobbies, happier, and feeling whole again fulfills in Ranee an innate passion for improving the lives of others.

As your osteopath, Ranee will work with you to create a treatment plan tailored specifically to you and your goals. During a session with Ranee there will be an element of manual therapy where an array of hands-on techniques such as soft tissue therapy, myofascial release, high-velocity, low-amplitude (HVLA), and joint articulations, dry needling and cupping will be utilised. Additionally, therapeutic exercise, education, and lifestyle considerations will also be incorporated into your treatment, fostering a well-rounded positive experience. Oh, and music, there will also be music!

Reinaldo Lobos Caneleo

Reinaldo is a friendly and dedicated Osteopath who graduated from Victoria University with a Bachelor and Master in Osteopathy.

His love for movement started young as a 400-metre hurdler, which sparked his passion for injury management and helping people move at their best.

He has a keen interest in sports injuries, rehab, and load management, working with a semi-professional soccer club to keep players on the park and performing at their peak

. He’s also gained hands-on experience as a sports trainer with Caulfield Grammarians Football Club, shaping his practical approach to care. In the clinic, Reinaldo focuses on patient-centred, evidence-informed treatment that blends manual therapy, rehab exercise, and lifestyle advice.

His goal is to make patients feel supported, listened to, and empowered in their recovery.

When he’s not in the clinic, you’ll find him running, chasing Melbourne’s best coffee, or cheering (often nervously) for the Western Bulldogs.

Born and raised in Melbourne, Vivien graduated from Victoria University with a degree in Bachelor of Science/Master of Health Science (Osteopathy).

Vivien is eager to treat any person who walks in her door, particularly women, children, and patients struggling with chronic pain. In each consultation, she uses a variety of manual therapy techniques and rehabilitation exercises, alongside communication and patient education in order to reach her patients' goals. With Vivien's empathetic nature, she is committed to providing care centred on the individual, striving for their best possible outcome.

Vivien's enthusiasm for osteopathy began as she observed her sister graduate and practice as an osteopath herself. It rapidly grew after shadowing VU's osteopathic supervisors she believes reflect the best of her profession. Having an inquisitive mind, she is constantly expanding her knowledge for physical therapy and hopes to eventually contribute to research in the field.

Outside of the clinic, Vivien can be found engaging in her interests of history, food, culture, and health. You can find her at markets, art galleries, exhibitions, or exploring hidden coffee shops. If she is not answering the phone, she is most likely at the taekwondo studio (where she is a black belt) , doing pilates, or relaxing and watching movies.
